Coloro i quali amano combattere in mischie feroci, devono essere dotati oltre che di una buona armatura, anche di un ottimo scudo, per difendersi e parare i colpi degli avversari. In giro fra i mercati e fra gli artigiani più famosi se ne trovano di diversi tipi, divisi per categorie fra legno e metallo.

Per utilizzare uno scudo è necessario conoscere la skill Parrying. Uno scudo Exceptional sarà più maneggevole e ridurrà meno la DEX. Contrariamente alle comuni credenze, avere uno scudo equipaggiato non riduce l’efficacia dei cast.
